DFE is a structural engineering firm operating out of Burlington, Ontario. It was founded in 2017 by Todor Doytchev and Amer Filo.
Todor N. Doytchev
M.Eng., P.Eng.
Over 23 years of experience as a structural engineer in project management and design of commercial, industrial and multi-residential buildings. Mr. Doytchev is knowledgeable in the management and design of concrete and steel building construction, as well as masonry and wood structures. He is responsible for planning and designing various projects, mentoring other engineers.
Amer Filo
P.Eng.
Mr. Filo has over seven years of experience in the structural design of industrial, residential and commercial projects utilizing hot-rolled steel, reinforced concrete, wood and masonry. He is creative in the design of renovations to existing structures, building additions and new structures. Amer is also skilled in utilizing structural analysis software to analyze and model structural systems.
